RETURN POLICY




1 Two weeks to return the product

1.1 You may get different notion of the product bought online after physically seeing it, therefore we accept when you decide to return the product in two weeks from the date you receive the parcel without stating a reason.

1.2 If the product is not defective, please let us know before you dispatch the parcel back:
■  Please contact us via email reklamacie@lechmann.sk to apprise us of your return.
■  We kindly request that you return the goods to us in its original packaging.

■  You’ll receive a refund once we’ve received the returned product by you.
■  The refund consists of the amount you have paid for your purchase of our product and the postage, which you really paid and which does not exceed 5 €; Sum of 5 € is maximum price for the postage of returned goods.

2 Damaged or Defective Products:

2.1 All products bought on lechmann.sk are sold as new and are covered by a 2 year warranty from your date of purchase.

2.2 In the unlikely event that your product is delivered damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours and inform us of the exact nature of the problem.

2.3 If possible, please email us any pictures or videos you can provide of the damage to your product as this can greatly speed up the time it takes to provide a quick solution to the problem.


2.4 For any faults that develop after use of the product, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.

2.5 Our customers can claim a refund or replacement for defective products within two weeks from the date of purchase.

2.6 We kindly request that you return the goods to us in its original packaging.

2.7 Please note, we do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear & tear.

3 Important Information:

3.1 Products must be returned to our warehouse as stated address in 1.2 above, before replacements or refunds are provided.

3.2 We do not offer a door-to-door swapping service.

3.3 We do not offer 'on site' returns processing. i.e. Products cannot be dropped at any local warehouse for exchange or service. Please contact us in all cases before your return so we can provide you with the necessary details.

5 Rights of Withdrawal

5.1 The buyer may cancel any order of goods for any reason up to the point of dispatch and any payments made by the buyer shall be refunded within a reasonable time period.


5.2 If you are a consumer you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the contract for goods and receive a refund by informing the Supplier within two weeks of receipt of the goods.

5.3 It is required that the buyer sends a notice of cancellation in writing, including email within time period as stated in clause 5.2 above.

5.4 The buyer must contact the supplier for return information before returning the goods.


5.5 If the buyer fails to take reasonable care of the goods, they do not lose their right to cancel the contract, but the supplier may be able to offset the cost of any unreasonable damage against the refund due.

5.6 Goods must be returned by the buyer within 28 days of cancellation, preferably in the original packaging and should be adequately insured during the return journey or sent by a registered mail.

5.7 If the buyer fails to return the goods following cancellation within a time period stated in clause 5.6 above, the supplier shall be entitled to deduct the cost of recovering the goods from the buyer from the sum owned to the buyer due to the cancellation of the contract between them.
